So as a beginner at Chinese I could only recognize about three or four characters here (also some of them are not simplified Chinese which makes it even more difficult) but I tried looking them up in a dictionary to the best of my ability and I believe it says:

鎮壓反革命, 保障好光景!

Zhènyā fǎngémìng bǎozhàng hǎo guāngjǐng

Which according to an automated translator means something like:

"Suppressing Counter-Revolutionaries Ensures a Good Life"

Or maybe:

"Suppress Counter-Revolutionaries and Safeguard Our Prosperous Life"

Either way seems like a pretty good and correct slogan.

(I had a hard time finding the first two characters because I was looking under simplified Chinese first and not traditional which I have zero experience with, and i'm still not sure I got them right, but it seems close enough.)
