Was just looking at this https://github.com/markqvist/Reticulum project. Certainly, an org in a populated area should try and create some kind of resilient, independent communication structure, right? I realize this is a bit of a later priority - the movement is super small. This is a problem for a fighting movement that the state starts to move to suppress. But there's no harm in getting acquainted with such things early.
