Do guys that cat-call women actually think that women like that stuff or is it that they are like bullies who take pleasure on heckling people to annoy them like in middle and high school? (lemmy.ml)

Tbh I think its more about having the power to do that with no consequences than it is about actually liking women or wanting to flirt with them. I say this bc when it comes down to it, the people who engage in that behavior hate women & resent them when they have to treat them like humans.
