The major parties had exemptions before this law was struck down, meaning they were already exposed to unlimited and undisclosed donations from billionaires.
This ruling will force the majority Labor government to introduce legislation without the loophole.
Yeah, I get that. It seems to me that it's relying on parties in power doing things that limit their power so I was just saying it seems risky
