Brain was making work hard today, it just didn't want to play nice, I feel the next two days are going to be a slog, even more so with Thursdays being the least fun day of the week :/

Sorry to hear that. Are you getting a good night's sleep ? During the week I often easily survive on 6 hours no problem. If however it drops below that I notice a difference. And I try for 7 which does make a difference. I mean I still dislike mornings, or at least getting out of bed in the first place.

Probably not enough sleep ATM, I'm similar to you, good on 6 hours, aim for 7 but been closer to 5 for this week. And Thursday is where i do the drudge work and schedule the playout for the TV stations I babysit for the next week

Well there you go mate. More sleep for you. Heck I used to drink and smoke heaps, sleep for about 5 hours then go to work. Day in day out.

Long time ago and certainly now I realise the need for good sleep.

We can get away with it for a while, but not forever......sadly.

it thinks the low sugar cola will be a lot better for me than the royal cola at aldi which is triggering my ibs to flare up

it’s 2 hours away / 150km so should be just able to 1 shot it there and back but might just stop by at one of the last fast chargers and fill up there and make it easy for me

will grab a couple cases and see how it goes !
