I know some Tumblr pages don't let me comment but I always thought commenting was a feature on the platform.

Tumblr. I don't know why Tumblr Tumblrs the way it does (okay I understand a little of the hornoposting now I guess) but the #s are a part of it. For reasons.

I think those are notes or tags, but they get much more expressive with them than on other socials
