I think that phrase is the only time he's ever used "thank you" in his life, and it has absolutely nothing to do with actually thanking any one. It's just a way to exert power.

I really don't even think he ever wrote that. I think the AI he used to make his word salad into something readable pooped that out. It's a typical AI trope.

I was speaking of the specific phrase he uses all the time, "thank you for your attention to this matter". He most definitely did not write the full message here.
