Nobody else had a severe vitamin D deficiency that worked like this? It didn’t fix everything, but it’s a huge difference. Nobody praised me for persevering though 🥺

Vitamin D deficiency can contribute directly to low testosterone so it's a double punch.

Just vitamin D supplements, first I was on a really high dose to fix it then I dialed back to the doses you can buy over the counter.
