Found it while looking for some art for my home D&D game (ergo; fair use). If I follow the link it gives an error 404 on the adobe stock photo website, so either they removed it or I need to be logged in. I thought that was some sort of scar/tattoo initially, but yeah it looks to be an interpretation of hair. For me the first giveaway was the neck protection thingy, it is asymmetrical, has nonsensical half-existing symbols, and it has a pointy thing on the right.
