Merge the 4 Indian Communities into c/India? (lemmygrad.ml)

That being india, indian_communists, indianleft and bharat.

I don't see why they should be specified as Indian Left or Communists when lemmygrad is already a collection of Marxist communities, plus there is post fragmentation due to the first 3 all having around 100 users and similarly very low post counts and activity with indian_communists having the most at 140.

Only c/India seems to have an active moderator out of the 4 being @ksynwa@lemmygrad.ml

Sorry if I don't understand how Lemmy works or posted in the wrong sub, would wonder what possible solutions could be, like declaring one official or something.

Insert here the joke about Communist Party of India (Marxist) vs Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist).

Not sure how much more work would be for @ksynwa@lemmygrad.ml to become moderator of the other three, but that could be an initial solution for lack of mods. I recall there was a post a while ago about a purge of dead comms, and I think it should apply for modless comms. Make them read only for a while and link the main one on the sidebar like for SRS-adjacent old comms.
