It's clickbait but obviously not meant to be taken literally. If you watch the video you will understand what is meant by it, that US governments and other powers restrict access to fruit trees that would otherwise be commonly available.

Should I change it and if so to what?

I understand the complaint. Obvious clickbait is just as bad as any other type of clickbait. Everyone is tired of it.

It would be more truthful and impactful to ask why the US is so hostile towards fruit trees and the free food they provide.
