Carry a gun next time you ask questions, since they aren't thrilled about the 1st amendment, check them on the 2nd.

Press are unarmed, it's what gets them a pass into a lot of situations that armed people don't get to go to.

It's sort of a big part of their identity.

Fundamental aspects of the press need to change or we'll continue watching them whitewash everything. Plus I wanna see SCOTUS justify gun control for Fox News people in writing.

how can interviewees be honest under threat of execution, which is what armed journalists imply?

They aren't honest without threat of execution. That's the point they were making. If they're already not doing what they should be doing as journalists then who cares?
