As a guy I don’t see how it affects me. It’s literally one man shown in the image. I did not get a feeling of “Great now they’ll think we’re all like that” or “Oh geez you mean people hate when I say those things to them?”. All I have to do to not be lumped in with that guy is to not do that one specific thing in the comic.

I’m new to this sub and consider myself anti-lawn. Can you recommend non-grass vegetation that is still easy for kids to play on and people to walk through?

Yeah that’s interesting. I wonder if HOAs are an accepted implementation of “small government” or libertarianism.

Wait are you saying they do or don’t have Microsoft products?

Oh man that looks way better than cocks.

Can you elaborate?

I’m confused. That’s an article about George Floyd?

There’s a lot of that out there. I’ve definitely become jaded to the point where I will rarely adopt a new show unless I know it’s a limited or finished series, and one that didn’t just keep renewing until they couldn’t make money one upping themselves.

This is high risk though. The company could underperform or be unexpectedly overcome by competition. Also when should one exit the position to reap that bargain?

This should also be applied to all publicly traded companies that one uses and enjoys, but is that appropriate? I guess that’s basically just a prompt for people to invest in the market broadly, as they should be anyway.

I’m going to think on this more.

Holy crap I was about to use the same yuck someone’s yum phrase to make the same point. Keep up the good work hive mind.

Edit: To clarify, in response to the shit storm of replies you got, I meant specifically that’s my issue with Marvel movies, and I assume that’s more what you meant, not all fiction ever.

Good on you for asking these questions in a timeline that absolutely justifies them.

Reminds me of that one post forced update screen in Windows 10: “Your files are exactly where you left them”

Nature conservancy always felt to me like it should be bipartisan.

Asking from the left to the right: What would you like the left to reconsider? What are some poor implementations or misguided efforts/ideals you’ve seen come from us?

Example: I’m already skeptical of my local recycling programs of being mostly greenwashing (though I do continue to sort).

Whether you’re using a search engine or LLM, what are some keywords that help turn up more specific and/or richer content?

I was once taught to add the term “physiology” when looking up medical topics to turn up more content that doctors would consult.

Also the acronym “SEM” is great if you want to see microscopic images of things, even if they aren’t strictly performed by a Scanning Electron Microscope.
