I never understood how a huge government can't be bothered to host their own nextcloud or whatever for a couple dozen mil per year instead of spending hundreds of millions per year on onedrive and other commercial crap.

I just wish they fixed the subtitles, then I would actually use it. In most situations It's totally unreadable unless you turn on the black background, which is ugly. How hard can proper shadowing be? Everyone else does do it correctly.

This is the way. Modulo takes too long to compute, bitwise compare should be a lot faster.

Not a human baby (how could they, most cats have never seen a human baby), but as a kitten they meow to their parents to get food etc. So we're their parents now and I guess they never really grew up and became independent.
