Try telling that to someone who supported Bernie, but before you do that you might want to go back and refresh youself on what happened. The DNC is a diseased carcass, change isn't possible.

So is no one going to talk about the fact that in the photo he is clearly fleeing from Chicago. In the picture Chicago is fine all of the helicoptors are going the opposite direction and his boat is on fair.

Edit: not the boat but the water that is clearly closer to him

This. Unless you want to go through the hell of multiple redundant architecture to deal with updates breaking things and backups. If you are The only person who is maintaining the multiple services that you’re running the backup feature alone is the reason to go with Proxmox. Upgrade to a lcx container didn't go like you thought it would, roll back the backup, 30 sec and done. Also making liberal use of alpine have made it smooth and simple.

You forgot the part about Dying in Vietnam, that's the reason that they aren't getting the support that they need.

While these kinds of "bricking" clauses haven't been tested in court, lawyers who spoke to Ars felt they would probably hold up to judicial review.

This is laughable at best, would 100% never go to court. The cost of losing would destroy so many models… and defending in it in the light of real consequences is going to make them popular… Ask the RIAA how suing customers made them look.

The threat of doing it is way more powerful.

I understand the desire to believe that we are super fool proof in our ability to detect everything that can be a threat… then I remember the Great Seal Bug. Then there was the embassy in 1964. The problem is that we will find most of them and convince ourselves that we found all of them.

I would actually feel more comfortable if it was newer, that would be less time to figure it out. But opsec doesnt appear to be a skill these guys possess.

It is 100% filled with microphones that will never be found.

In the last blog we talked about what everyone assumed was the most boring topic that you could talk about, keeping your dependencies up to date. But I think I’ve got it topped this time, this time we are going to be talking about that number one thing that all developers love spending their time working on... Logging.

The differences between application security and developer security are simple enough in principle, but go significantly further as soon as you get past the surface. Many people in the cyber security community seem to place a great emphasis on the effectiveness of application security but in many cases, will completely negate the secondary portion of this which is securing the individual who is responsible for introducing security bugs to the software. I'm not saying that to be harsh, mistakes are a simple part of life and without the proper tooling and education it is very easy to continue to produce mistakes especially when greeted with constricted timelines and consistent budget crunch.
