I'm dumb But using grapheneos How would them locking down the code affect graphene?

I bought the 10 pro fold when it came out and flashed it to grapheneos right out of the box.

I wouldn't mind doing this on my vehicle. Elaborate?

I've looked into the wine setup, and while I do see some people having success with it, even the successful ones say it's quite unstable and very laggy on audio processing.
