Some classics are Conan by Howard, Michael Moorcock's Elric books and Fritz Leiber's "Swords" books. I really like Dune as well (but that's sci fi I guess). Have fun with Discworld!

Blood tests. I guess it is understandable from an emotional viewpoint but it is certainly not logical. I also can't watch scenes in movies where they inject drugs. Eeeeh!!!!
For my own allowance, it might have been a space shooter, Bosconian, on the C64. I must have been 12. The game was pretty bad unfortunately.

Ideologies such as social liberalism and democratic socialism are often regarded as in between extreme left and extreme right positions. There are many other positions of course such as centre-right and various "green" and religiously motivated positions. They could also often fit somewhere in between on a conventional right-left spectrum. This of course varies a lot between countries and political systems.
Very minimalistic routine 2-4 days a week. Alternating between A: squats + chins, and B: deadlift + dumbbell overhead press. 3 sets for everything except deadlift which is 1 set. When I hit 10 reps per set I add weight.
