I use workrave on my computer to remind me of regular breaks. But then, I switch to my phone during those breaks. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
One thing I have done is increase the font sizes on the phone and browser (my most used app), so I usually have it in a distance. Having big fonts looked weird at first, but then I got used to it. Hopefully it helps a little.

I saw this feature on the list. Does it warn you when you go higher or lower than the target zone? I use Opentracks and I don't think it has this feature.

On iPadOS, with dark mode, when you use back gesture in safari at the edge of the screen, the whole UI glitches to a white screen. The flash startles and is very annoying.
