Let me fix that: "Tuxedo computer will be less broken when you buy it and try to use it without adding their crappy node.js driver package"

There you go.

Love,

A (somewhat disgruntled) tuxedo customer

Some advice I heard was to keep important docs in the lower half of the room to reduce fire damage risk, because heat goes up if you go higher. Other than that, most storage containers don't seem to help a lot against fire, unfortunately.

If you store the documents lower, water is a higher risk though.

I think this is both easy on the sense that there are a lot of feasible options, and difficult in the sense of selecting the most suitable one for you. English alone opens up many places to you. But besides language, culture is a major factor. I remember a story about immigrants in Finland feeling excluded and had difficulties building social relationships. But in Finland, even the locals don't have so many local friends. So, the way of life is just not suitable to many.

Other than that, try to see this not only as a negative thing, but also as an opportunity. Don't just ask where you would do okay, but include questions like where you would feel comfortable.

Final thought: often the "most popular option" is not necessarily the best. In Europe, many countries that are not Germany or France are nice, sometimes the QoL is even higher. So, consider Austria besides Germany, for example.

Krasser Fortschritt, wenn man sich die geleakte Codequalität der Vorversion so anschaut. Man könnte glatt meinen, hier sollen positive Schlagzeilen generiert werden.

I don't know where you're coming from on this planet, but in my environment oats, fruit, and nuts were very much breakfast cereals since my childhood. So one can disagree, but two agrees.

You fill this with some type of milk (plant or dairy), but water also does the job or yogurt.

My point is just that it's a stupid claim to say pizza is better if you stay unspecific about what you're eating, really.

pizza is not a health food, but when compared with a quickly poured bowl of sugar flakes, it’s a more balanced meal.

Just use oat flakes, some fruit, some nuts, there is your more healthy alternative.

OTOH, if you compare sugar flakes with a vegetable pizza, with whole grain base, lots of veggies, and not so much cheese, pizza wins

Add to this that companies would prefer showing their ads to paying customers (who have some money to spend), not the free tier plebs

I would question that as a general statement

Okay, I see you know words, but not what they mean.

Is there a strength competition somewhere, where people challenge themselves to escape from Jesus' death cell and move the boulder?

I'm trying to build a collection

In my specific case, I was looking into travels between Beppu (Japan) and Osaka. There is a direct ferry line, but other routes exist of course (also trains).

I wonder how a ferry and a plane would compare

Sure, planes can do a flying, but we see birds do the same thing and have sort of done it for centuries with catapults (although with much smaller durations and less comfortable landings).

But weather forecasts. Crazy. We take this for granted these days, because every phone has an app for it. But it's insane. We just know how the future is going to be like, down to specific degrees, whether it's going to rain or not etc.

Personal note: No drugs involved because in this country this will get me prison. But dude. Weather forecasts.

It would be fun to think about this from a cybersecurity or system management perspective. The goal is to find things within the action range of humanity that would at least cause a minor annoyance.

Two starters in Christianity:

  1. DDoS hell to force god to adapt rules.

How? Make a lot of babies and make everyone behave like assholes. Following the rules, everyone should then go to hell, which would eventually become overcrowded. Being almighty, god could of course increase the size of hell, but I'd let that count as a minor annoyance. Also, there would be no supply of people entering heaven, which could be another annoyance. There is a potential that this leads to an adaption of rules, e.g., to be more lenient with some people.

  1. Collectively deny to procreate.

Deny to make new bebes so humanity dies out and god has nothing to distract from his boredom anymore.
