UPF clothing is amazing!!!! I cant stand sunscreen either. Instead, I have shorts + light sweatshirts from LLbean. They work REALLY well.

I'm sorry that you're struggling. I think venting and seeking support/advice about this is a step in the right direction. Waiting for surgery is a right pain esp with it being so far out. I wish there was more I could offer.

My wife and I are both neurodivergent and she frequently does this. I learned to be direct and have her give me the short version because I don't have the patience or the attention span to hear the long version.

All my music is local and on an SD card for immediate playback and I stopped subbing to Spotify years ago. Trash service anyways IMHO.
