The point isn't what Trump thinks. Many people are not going to be there either. Some will be though.

Around 2009 I think China made it illegal to import trash and recycling from USA. They still find smugglers every now and then. USA still using Chinese factories too.
Lots of medicine comes from India who use petrochemicals from the Middle East.
Medicine is going to get expensive.
