I'm not sure about unethical, but blocking ads is a big one for me. The WWW is unusable without blocking ads.

This is the guy under whose 'leadership', Dutch politics turned into a toxic cesspool. Education has worsened, the housing market has crashed, environmental problems were not solved and his party made sure that the energy infrastructure was not kept up properly, so that the citizens now pay for a hastened upgrade of said infrastructure. He has claimed to have no vision and is a compulsive liar with a very selective memory. I have not even touched all the debacles he facilitated.

This guy is now the boss of NATO and calls Trump 'daddy'. He is a fucking disgrace. I am ashamed to be from the same country as this piece of shit.

...Donald Trump told...

So it was not true then.

decimated

In the literal sense, that would mean a 10% reduction of fighting capacity. Nothing to sneeze at, but still pretty capable of ~~fighting~~ defending, I would say.

So a few airplanes were lost and/or damaged. I read some statistics of the Vietnam war that thousands of planes were lost. It's part of being in a war, especially when you are the agressor.

harrowing incidents

Tell that to the Iranian civilians.

Hey, the Iranians recently used a (~$2500?) Shahed to take out a $700.000.000 AWACS. Rheinmetall will not earn any money with homemade drones and CEOs do what CEOs do: fart out an opinion and expect the mainstream media to publish it without criticism.

If this were part of a strategy, it would be TACO Tuesday.

IMHO, the James Bond series is a product of the Cold War. When that ended in the late 80s, they tried to reframe or modernize it. I do not have a strong opinion on that, apart from the fact that the latest Bond movie was a very expensive commercial for shitty Dutch beer and equally shitty German cars. Bond is dead.

Hard agree, but that's probably I'm only used to the 'plofkip' variety. 'Plofkip' is a Dutch word which roughly translate as 'Exploding chicken', which is chickens that are raised at an unnatural rate. After being um.. processed, the meat is commonly injected with water as well. That stuff smells vile and the taste is mediocre at best. It is also almost physically impossible to burn it while cooking because of the water content.

I would not know what a chicken would taste like if it had had an actual life. I am told, it is a world of difference, but I would buy the vegetarian or vegan alternative anyway.

Apparently, it was a bit blustery when I was in the mountains, mining silver and clearing out ice caves.

Let me preface by saying that Valheim is by far one of the most screenshottable games I have played.

A big part of Valheim is exploration and the lighting in this game is stunning. I like the sense of danger that this screen shot exudes: a lone viking walking through a thick forest, seemingly alert for any enemies lurking behind the next tree.
