I've never seen piewdiepie before his Linux journey. What did he do and what consequences does he deserve?

Funny story, when i first got into linux (almost a decade ago), I accidentally opened nano pasting some random command off the internet and didn't know how to close it because I didn't know what the ^ symbol meant.

I had successfully been quiting (and using) vim for a few months at this point.

This is what i use vim for. Vim doesn't necessarily have to be a full blown ide with 30 plugins

I think a large percentage of these people are apathetic to others. They know. They just don't care.

Balatro won indie game of the year in 2024 and multiple other nominations. This resulted in many other copycat games as well, best described as balatro like. Basically took the whole genre by storm.

Also the dev choose to not show up for the award, saying that he doesn't want the public attention and infamy to protect his mental health, and this probably led to a lot more respect for the dev

This is what gnome devs talking about theming sound like

I would assume not. I've never had to install a specific driver for a generic controller. My levered and leverless controllers worked out of the box. It's just plug and play.

I would assume most controllers follow the usb hid standards and it's support is already built into the kernel. Same with Playstation controllers as well. Sony hid is inbuilt and steam hid is inbuilt. If the new controllers require new drivers it's going to be made a standard and be included in the Linux kernel so the controllers will be plug and play for all distros.

What drivers? I didn't know steam made specific drivers for the steam machine? They only have it preconfigured?

Just a general jar then. Mason doesn't have a patent on it anymore and anyone can use it.

Everything should come in mason jars. They are durable, reusable, accessible and timeless.

Luddite is a derogatory term anyway. One might have legit reasons to be against personally using certain technologies
