Don't know about most places but regarding Germany, OP is correct. It's verboten to film property of neighbours, public places or places shared with neighbours with your statically installed surveillance camera. You have to get consent of filming neighbours and you have to put up signs informing persons like delivery drivers that they're getting filmed. That's what my short search resulted in.

Already exists.
Not using it myself as I like to play with docker but I'd try it if I want to host a Lemmy instance e.g.
It has multiple federated apps available:
I only played Arma 3 for a very short time online but I spent quite some time in the simulator because I utterly feared to suck online (just like I spent more time with bots in CS2 than online). It was a glorious moment when I took over flying a heli in an online match and successfully transported a crew of players to the target location first try. I died pretty quick in the ensuing urban warfare though.
You should definitely watch "A Fish Called Wanda" though. It's a classic.
Sehe ich überhaupt nicht. Last Week Tonight bringt doch konstant bissige Sendungen über die Verwerfungen in Olivers Wahlheimat.
"We must also be real. We must be honest with the population. Having an armed citizenry comes with a price, and that is part of liberty... We need to be very clear that you’re not going to get gun deaths to zero. It will not happen. But I think it’s worth it. I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year, so that we can have the Second Amendment"
"I can’t stand the word empathy, actually. I think empathy is a made-up, new age term that does a lot of damage."
"They were actually better in the 1940s. It was bad. It was evil. But what happened? Something changed. They committed less crimes."
"I have a very, very radical view on this, but I can defend it, and I’ve thought about it. We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s."
Kirk was asked what he would want his daughter to do if she were 10 years old and pregnant following rape.
"The answer is yes. The baby would be delivered"
"A man who calls himself trans is wearing ‘woman face,’ no different than I would wear Black face trying to be a Black person. It’s assuming an identity that isn’t yours"
"Black women do not have brain processing power to be taken seriously. You have to go steal a white person's slot"
"Engage in reality more… Reject feminism. Submit to your husband, Taylor. You’re not in charge"
"If I see a Black pilot, I’m going to be like, ‘Boy, I hope he’s qualified.’"
"Thou shall lay with another man, shall be stoned to death. Just saying... The chapter...affirms God’s perfect law when it comes to sexual matter"
Sag noch map schnell was Mr. Kimmel alles so schlimmes gesagt hat und was aus dem First Amendment geworden ist.
I'd wait for sales of your games instead. I tried one fitgirl release on EndeavourOS I had from my Windows days (which ran perfectly on there) recently. Tried with Bottles and Lutris and the latter worked eventually but the performance was subpar and it was quite a hassle to get it to run as I had to try many proton versions with a lot of restarts and black screens. Steam and Heroic games run fine though.
Do I understand the article and github issue correctly and we can put away the pitchforks already because they fixed the specific part already and it's now even more performant than GNU coreutils?
A recent famous case that comes to mind is when some independent researchers found an ex-RAF terrorist on the run (or call her whatever your political inclination suits) via facial recognition of photos on social media of a capobeira club. I assume the reference material were some age old photos as she was on the run for decades.
I don't know much about facial recognition but I only heard it works damn well and considering OS and phone manufacturers employing it and are confident enough to not have their users locked out or compromise security let's me assume that it works damn well.
