Huh, I'm surprised that so many people in the thread don't like raspeball. I am not native, but my partner is and his grandma makes the most delicious raspeball. The whole family looks forward to it every year, they eat it a few days after Christmas. Too salty and cardboard sounds like it was badly made.

I meant it as an explanation why he's folded, but glad to know the good boy's got multiple beds!

I was about to say it's easier to wash tiles that a rug, but realized "out off sight, out of mind" is probably the actual strategy here.

The way the dog's eyes are blocked out by cucumber slices and its posture give me Weekend at Bernie's vibes, I'm so sorry 🙈

Why would you want a piss rug in the first place?

Yeah, in Scandinavia you just say "you" or use a person's name when referring to somebody else. Or their job title if it fits the context. You can really feel that you're not "below" anybody, we all deserve the same level of respect and the language reflects that. Additionally, you don't need to guess anybody's gender if you're not sure, avoids uncomfortable situations.

My best effort explanation: Z-ah-i-on-ts, "i" as in "fit".

I love the detail with the small leak from the pipe going through the wall and into the tub

I am looking for a reliable and preferably privacy oriented alternative to Skype credit - a service that allows me to call landlines and mobile phones via an app or website. I've heard of Yadaphone and Yolla, but I don't know much about them. Do you guys have any experience with these? Do you have other recommendations?

I want to stop using Google translate app to translate text in pictures I take, which is something I often need to do while traveling abroad. Do you guys have any foss app recommendations? Or maybe a website?

I need a Google account to sign up for a service I'm interested in, so I want to create a bogus account for that. Problem is I need a phone number to verify it. I obviously don't want to use my actual number, so I tried some of those online temporary number services, but none of them worked. I get different error messages when trying to use them: "Number has been used too many times", "Number can't be used for verification", stuff like that. Do you guys know of a way to get a working number?
