So what you're saying is..my user name is snitching on myself?

See the whole "invading a sovereign nation and kidnapping it's leader" could make a lot more sense as a heavily slurred order for "McDonalds" that was then tragically misinterpreted as "Maduros" but we all know the only culture in the White House lives RFK's armpits.

I care about star field animations friend. Good work on making it work!

So if I was going to correct you by referencing the thermodynamic law that forbids "never stopping" but upon further inspection determined that was the joke in the first place, does that mean I have created an example of the zeroth law?

Excellent, I've just acquired Schenke and will incorporate it into my studying, danke!

The Cornelsen book sounds perfect! Pencil to paper reinforcement is key for my learning style so 'graduating' to that once I wrap my head around A1 makes a lot of sense. I'll digitally 'acquire' that one as well and put my recently refurbished, 10+ year old Rotring pencil to work on the blank medium Leuchtturm 'journal' I never started. (Can you tell I have an appreciation for German craftsmanship and engineering?)

I've been taking steps towards leaving America to work and/or study abroad. Learning a new language, especially via self-directed study, has been a very intimidating step. These resources will go a long way in helping me tackle it. I very much appreciate your guidance.

I'm just starting on German. I'm primarily using Goethe Institute's A1-Deutsch app but I'd like an English resource covering grammar too.

I'm not sure whether studying via sentence completion and conversational examples is the most efficient way for my learning style. I think explicitly studying grammar would simultaneously assist in building vocabulary and proper usage. Any suggestions for a grammar primer?

I have an Anki deck but feel as if my lack of a grammatical foundation puts me at a disadvantage with it. I need to learn a bit more about the back-end/theoretical basis for how it works; perhaps that poor understanding is getting in the way as well.

Well I mean...he's not in the ground yet. He won't be doing any fucking himself, but he could still get fucked.

This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've mentioned this album in the past two weeks, but the Panopticon album Kentucky is about the coal miners in Harlan County.

Bruh they're just warming up.

A couple street executions here, a detainment and (separate) FBI search of journalists there to gauge public response. They'll adjust their approach, improve their propaganda and continue dismantling communities.

They're deep into abducting and concentrating innocent people including children They will continuously escalate their brutal and violent responses to resistance.

They demanded voting records. They aren't stopping with immigrants and they're taking the first steps toward cataloging the opposition.

Trump is not in charge. He is the distraction, the orange herring providing cover for the likes of Stephen Miller, Russell Vought and other focused, effective organizations operating in the background. The true consequences of the dozens of executive orders Trump auto-penned in his first months have hardly kicked in yet.

We're just reaching the second quarter.

Tax-exempt status is one I can think of. I had a similar idea for the Church of Labor. Beliefs are unionization, community solidarity and mutual aid. Get the government to subsidize workers organizing.

It's the only way to handle something thats gone squeehawed or, Satan forbid, cattywampus.

RIP Brent Hinds

Jørgen Munkeby is the man, man.

Solo album by Matt Heafy of Trivium. Ihsahn plays the guitar solo with his family as the choir. The harsh vocals are all Gerard (yes, really and they fucking rule.)

Listen to Book 2 here.

Seriously though, 2 hours of excellent theater nerd prog right here.
