If I recall it correctly this is intended behaviour and no problem as long as the fingerprint is random every time. So for example if I visit YouTube today, close the browser and visit YouTube again tomorrow there should be different fingerprints. They are unique but as long as they don't stay the same you can't be tracked with it

I recently saw an app that has one-to-one chat interoperability. As far as I remember the EU law has a transition phase where first there has to be a way for one-to-one chats and later for group chats. But the group chat deadline is still not reached

ok thanks for the reply. I understand that this would take very much work but I wouldn't be comfortable hosting something with potentially very sensitive data on a remote server where the admins could see the files. Unfortunately hosting on my Raspberry Pi at home isn't possible because of this error when starting the docker containers (which seems to be a Raspberry issue).

What is the difference between your encryption at rest and disk/file system encryption? Would the use case be that someone stealing the server couldn't access the files?

I'd love if this had end to end encryption so I could host it on my VPS. Is this on the roadmap?

Probably not exactly what you are looking for (and not maintained anymore) but this app allows you to set up your subscriptions (like phone plan, internet, streaming services, etc.) and it reminds you once the subscription is about to be renewed. You could set different time intervals for your different tasks.

That's no skateboard, that's a longboard specifically made for these kind of downhill rides

Hello, I use Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS and I got a strange problem without knowingly changing anything: Every now and then my primary display turns black for a second and then back on. My secondary display is working fine. My speakers are also connected to the display, so I'll hear a sound from them when it happens. I can't make out exactly what causes the turning off/on, but when I don't touch anything, it happens less frequently than when I'm working, switches windows, etc. Furthermore while my display works well with 144Hz refresh rate, my mouse input works at a noticably much lower refresh rate. I tried restarting my PC and replugging my DP-Cable and power cables. I'm relatively new to Linux so I don't know what the causes could be. I hope someone can help me :)
