I've never actually had any symptoms apart from the BP itself. I'm on a low dose and it's working well.

To be fair, my BP was on the low end of 'high'.

Interestingly my mum has low blood pressure and takes meds for it.

I've been on BP pills for years now. It's 100% genetic. It was high when I was unfit and barely improved after losing weight and getting fitter.

I could have 3 coffees and have normal BP, and some days, it's high because it wants to be.

Same!!! I'm in Taylors Lakes and it looked like it was coming from the High School area or so....

My experience with cats has always been that they have very little situational awareness unless it impacts them directly.

Love them to bits, but at times they can be super frustrating.

I don't think I have ever carried hot items on stairs...BUT if that happened, the cat would get pushed away with my foot (not a kick).

Love cats, but love not having burns even more.

Yeah, makes no sense.

I get zapped at one of the local shopping centres in my area. Every single time.

No idea why.

Leave it. Just gonna have to change it back again in 6 months.
