Die Katze kann ja nichts dafür, dass sie so ist, genauso wie die DB wenig dafür kann, dass sie Jahrzehnte lang kaputt gespart wurde.

Technically, the digestive system (i.e., the full gastro intestinal tract) is considered as part of the "outside" of the body, acting as an external surface similar to the skin. The space that an object can travel through without crossing a cell membrane or entering blood or tissue is called "lumen". So the same intuition as in the meme actually holds true here, too.

Um mal die eigentliche Frage zu beantworten:

Ausschließlich Bier von Münchner Brauereien darf auf dem Oktoberfest ausgeschenkt werden. Bereits Wochen vor dem Startschuss stellen die Brauereien ihr jedes Jahr neu gebrautes Bier vor: Augustiner-Bräu, Hacker-Pschorr, Hofbräu, Löwenbräu, Paulaner und Spaten. Nur Bier, das aus einer dieser Münchner Brauereien stammt und den Spezifikationen der geschützten Marke „Oktoberfestbier“ entspricht, darf auf dem Oktoberfest ausgeschenkt werden.

I think we sometimes tend to forget that our physical brain lives in a physical body, and the "abstract" thoughts and feelings we experience are very much physiological processes as well. The question aims at reminding us of this fact, drawing attention to any potential psychosomatic responses your body might exhibit to strong emotions. It is easy to repress awareness for these, so to me it makes sense for the therapist to try and dig a little deeper. They're not doing it to annoy you, they're trying to help you become aware of (or be more mindful of) your feelings and how they affect the physical body that is experiencing them.
