So I did a little more reading you're and you are right. Most sources that I found say 3x/day - 3x/Week is the usual range. More important is the Bistrol stool scale, I mean if you are having a poop once every 4-5 days but the consistency is a perfect 3-4 I dont see any harm in that. A Poop one a week is totaly fine but if you're unsuccessfully trying for a bowel movement/poop for 3 hours something's not right. A more fiber richt diet might help. Also drinking enough water helps. Mabe get something like a squatty-potty or channel your inner rat king.

Is there any good reason why shops/Vendors dont really offer any kind of Crypto? Like I genuinely dont get it aren't you paying way more for using Visa/Mastercard etc. as a shop?
