Huh. Better retention on that holster than I would have thought.

It's got a pretty good damage model (which can be turned off entirely for single player content) but the crash physics aren't as rich. With full damage on you definitely have to be careful to avoid wrecking your car, but you won't get full body warping damage.

I've had a blast with the Horizon games from the first entry, and many of the Motorsport entries as well. Horizon strikes a great balance of arcade mechanics and style with tight, grounded physics and a pretty deep upgrade and tuning system. I basically only ever play solo, no multiplayer matches or anything, usually I'll throw on a podcast or an audiobook, explore the map and do some races to make money, build a new car and repeat.

My entirely unqualified thought is that it gives the food stain particles something to bind to that isn't the plastic of the container

I think it's because "usually" starts with a Y consonant sound (yoo-sually), instead of a vowel sound

Growing up in Canada, McDonald's was provided to kids in hospital through the Ronald McDonald House Charities! I have fond memories of getting bloodwork done and being treated to McDonald's because my parents never took us there...

LOL I work in transportation planning in northern Canada at the territorial level and it's crazy trying to get big changes surrounding sustainable transport to happen. Hell, any kind of transportation change up north is tough. Up here, it falls on the municipality to start, work on and complete transit and active transportation projects, we mostly just come in to assess, catalogue and maintain as territorial gov. Public transit isn't even a consideration for us outside the "big" city, besides where buses travel on the highway network, which is ~40kms on a network of nearly 5000kms.

If you want to make a difference in your homes transportation network, VOTE IN YOUR MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS, because if its anything like my experience, your provincial/territorial/state government probably won't bother much with it until it's already been done.

Yeah, our closest ocean access is Skagway or Haines and with everything happening a lot of people are cancelling summer trips or changing destinations. A lot of the folks on the other side of the border are great, but it's tough to justify supporting American right now.
