Would have said baikal if you haven’t alteady mentioned it. Can’t confirm that it’s a bitch to maintain, runs in my webjail for more than a year now. (Before I used nextcloud which IS a bitch in all matters..) The only hiccup was self induced, forgot to install it after php upgrade (FreeBSD, pkg is named php83-baikal for example).
Specifically for webdav (Joplin sync) I use dave, though unmaintained no issues so far (internal network only, not web facing).

Ich habe letztes Jahr in Eigenleistung auf Wärmepumpe umgerüstet, kurz danach hat der Verbrenner gesagt, ich fahr kein Stück mehr (eine Woche vorm Urlaub - natürlich..), auch da auf elektrisch umgestiegen. Mal gucken, was der Strompreis dank Gaskathi macht. Gegenmaßnahme da ist für uns auf lange Sicht Dachflächen mit pv belegen.
+1 for Joplin. Sync via webdav-server (nginx, nextcloud) or their sync server. Works like a charm.

Nö, so pauschal nicht. Eärmepumpe geht auch mit heizkörpern im ungedämmten Haus - der Verbrauchbist halt entsprechend. Wenn du vorher viel Öl oder Gas durchfeuerst wirst du mit Wärmepumpe halt viel Strom brauchen, zaubern kann die auch nicht. 🤷🏻♂️
