Hello

Please refrain from spamming idiotic comments as it can unnecessarily flood people's feeds.

Jokes on you, I kept the modem connected to the BBS all day playing MUDs using *70 in the AT command.

No call waiting means I can finish that dungeon uninterrupted.

Modern news isn't there to inform with facts, they exist to drive public opinion in the direction the controlling class wants.

A story reading:

Union demands a fair share of massive profits across all employees and rejects the ruling C suites making the lions share of the profit for themselves...

Doesn't push the narrative the same way as:

Union shuts down the company for 18 days costing tens of billions of dollars in losses for a single issue.

I hate the fact that The Onion is basically reporting reality nowadays.

If you aren't one of those who try to taste subtle hints of berry, chicory and dock in your coffee and just enjoy it, boil it if possible assuming it's black to psudo-pasteurize it, let it cool again a bit, keep it sealed in the fridge the best you can.

Cold brew stays good for about a week for me, brewed coffee has gone a few weeks when I took two of those Starbucks cartons home from a event.

Pike place still kicks when reboiled.

That's about 30 years less than it should be.

People are fighting back and winning against these soulless tech giants. Most uplifting news I've seen in weeks.

After two Molotov cocktails, now this... either the worst organized group ever, or just straw graspers.

Here are the companies who pay Sinclair and Nexstar.

Take some time out of your day, and call them up, tell them you don't approve them them directly supporting oppression of free speech by paying Sinclair and Nexstar for advertising.

Tell them you'll be buying from/supporting their competitors because what they are doing is hurting the country you love.

Make it personal, make it hurt with your dollars, and the best way to do so is to tell them.
