The guy is a Nazi. He's no comrade.

When America was bulldozing the country for cars, the USSR was building trains which could carry more people and cargo per unit of land that automobiles.

They formed a civilian corp to go to where people lived and taught literacy to adults and children alike.

They built enough modern housing to solve homelessness and bring living conditions to 20th century standards (who would have guessed that giving everyone housing would solve homelessness?!).

They rapidly industrialized the USSR so that it was comparable in productivity to the USA.

They produced enough food that the people had access to more calories than Americans had (CIA's own reports admit this fact).

They defeated Hitler.

They made racism a crime (which didn't end well for the pogroms who were harming Jewish people).

They overthrew the Kulaks who were using their status as landlords to exploit the starving tenant farmers and distributed that land so that every household had enough land to feed themselves.

I'm descent from the Scots-Irish who were displaced by the English who colonized Northern Ireland. My mother's mother is a Fuchs and is of German descent. I don't even know what the hell I am. So, I don't know how this guy you're talking about can be so certain of who he is.

Please let this be AI.

I was thinking more of the baby leftists, which there probably aren't many here. I get your point, though. I hold the stance that if the means of production was under the control of the masses, the AI would just be another tool. We're also in a "teething" stage of figuring out what these AI are best utilized for.

That's what I think too. It's not the core of the contradiction, but it does amplify it. If only people would catch on and develop class consciousness.

Comrade, it's not the AI. It's the ruling class. They do this with every new means of production. They displace workers to increase the rate of profit. Fighting AI is like mopping the floor instead of stopping the sink from flooding. Fight the ruling class, not the means of production. Capture the means of production, and their power vanishes.

Anybody who thinks AI is the problem needs to read more theory. This issue is nothing new. People are mistaking it as some unique threat to workers. The threat to workers is the same it has always been, the capitalists. If everyone gained some class consciousness and recognized this is a class war, this could have been solved a long time ago.

"Our home, which we claimed after inflicting the genocide of the indigenous people."

"Accuse the other side of that which you are guilty." Joseph Goebbels, Nazi minister of propaganda.

LOL! "Regime"! China is so mean! They won't sell rare earth metals so the US can produce weapons that will be used for genocide! It's so unfair!

Seethe and choke on it Cheeto in Chief!

It would make a nice display piece under a uv light.

Do they emit harmful levels of ionizing radiation? That would be my first concern.
