Warum? Die Zettel werden sortiert nach 1. Präferenz, die Partei mit den wenigsten Prozent wird rausgekickt und nur diese Zettel müssen neu angeschaut werden und sortiert werden, dann die neue mit den wenigsten Prozent raus etc.

Screening Untersuchungen sollten immer kritisch hinterfragt werden, nicht jede Screeninguntersuchung verbessert das Patienten outcome, manche machen nur viele unnötige Untersuchungen und Fehldiagnosen. Z.b. Prostatascreening aller Männer mittel PSA.

Bevor man ein Screening wieder abschafft sollte man aber gute Daten haben, die beweisen das es nichts bringt. Das ist erstaunlich schwierig (neue Therapien, veränderte Sonnenexposition etc., das ist kein simpler vorher nachher Vergleich). Das wurde hier nicht gemacht sondern die CxU hat mal wieder ihren asozialen Kern aktiviert.
