Yes but it is free (email address) with an acces to 5 countries (Netherlands, Romania, Japan and 2 others i never used). To extend it worldwide you have to subscribe to a premium account.

VMware is the best. Hope it is still free.

VirtualBox is open source and free. Works fine but not as well as VMware to me.

Both let you have a shared folder with the OS you are using.

Both very easy to use.
