This is either completely useless, mostly useless or just completely broken.
It's hard to think of any other card that is also not, very, or somewhat useful... ๐

Very cool. I think it would somehow be broken. Only thing I could think of was Ketramose which doesnt work too well on 2nd glance but there's gotta be some way to break it in legacy
Maybe some Pull from Eternity and Recurring Nightmare schenanigans?
