No spoilers, but holy shit would the same result be amazing to behold. Catholics around the world would instantly explode a la Scanners.

If you're thinking about watching it - it's a good movie! I mean, it's got Ralph Fiennes, so there's really no way for it to be bad. But it's actually also good apart from him.

Considering religion is fiction, I guess it makes sense for religious Vatican actors to take notes from religious Hollywood actors to decide where to go with their real life fake story telling.
