The gall to come out and make this speech, on a problem she herself directly caused, and spin it as some kind of victory.

The EU relies solely on US imports of diesel and gas right now. European countries use about 5 million barrels of oil a day. They import 1-1.5 million barrels from the US a day. Cutting off Russian oil, and then supporting the US against Iran, then Saudi Arabia against Yemen (not to mention the myriad other crimes they visited upon Africa and the Middle East) was predictably going to lead to this.

She touts 100 million barrels being released from EU reserves as something that will save the EU. That's barely enough for a month. Less if the US limits its exports to the EU. And then they wasted (and keep wasting) all that money on Zelensky's addiction to cocaine and gold toilets, which they could have instead used to prevent the coming crisis.

Europeans are about to have an overdose on harsh realities.

Yeah, I can't see how this ends well for Europe. It seems pretty clear that Trump is forcing the Europeans to release the reserve to keep the situation relatively stable before the midterms. Once the real crunch comes though, the US will absolutely cap their exports and Europe will be left out to dry. And that's going to be right around winter time when the heating season starts. So, fun times ahead.
