I've been using this as one of my paras. I sort of coined it myself, but just by using existing prefixes. Mazophilia is the general para for breasts, but since I specifically only like small ones, I therefor created Micromazophilia. I couldn't really find previous mention of it, but I'm sure someone else has thought to combine these two words before?
