Oh yeah I'm actually working on a criticism of Unmasking Autism, to unpack the helpful details while dismissing the baked-in liberalism of telling people they can achieve their goals via liberal nonviolent consciousness-raising activism. (Which, again, adding performative violence to does absolutely nothing.) There is no way to make life better for autistic people without structural change. My meaning here is that it shouldn't be taken as me pushing for this kind of behavior to be accepted here. I simply do not value you people very much at all, at least not enough to explain context or be kind.
I would be posting much more about autism, but I want to set that up first. Maybe I'll write another book
