Make sure they get the cash up front, SpaceX already has liens against it for unpaid data centre construction.

Elon Musk is THE national security risk. All of his companies should be seized and he should be handed over to the South African common people to pay for his family’s crimes.

They found another swamp!

I'm here for more launch complexes. This plus the Rocket Lab build out in Alaska are pretty cool for the industry.

Swamps are pretty important for cycling carbon and sustaining biodiversity across surrounding ecosystems. Fuck SpaceX for trying to devastate another ecosystem.

It is possible for launch complexes to coexist with the surrounding ecosystems. Case in point, the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, which has the Kennedy Space Center smack in the middle of it. Restricting humans from the area around the launch complex tends to be beneficial for wildlife.

I'll believe that Musk is capable of that when he stops devastating the ecosystems around his tesla factories, his already existing launch site in Boca Chica, and his colossus 1 and 2 data centers.

He keeps fucking up the environment with his other projects, why should anyone trust him not to do it again?

Maybe 6, 7, and 8. It's a potentially huge site
