I made pulled bbq brisket the other day, so I've piled on some quinoa salad on top and am having it cold. It's actually pretty yum!

I do miss the flat bread I used to make but I can't eat yoghurt now, which was one of the ingredients
Cooked off some corn on the cob.... Very average and not worth the premium price.... It hurts my soul to shell out about 1€ per ear when I grew up, in season, they were 12-14/1$...now I just feel old and cheated buying them.
Going to make some soy ginger marinade for tuna for lunch.
I made Marion's Kitchen thai green curry in a box. It was very good. There was just not enough soup.
