In short:

Australian activists who claim they were sexually assaulted by Israeli forces met with federal ministers Penny Wong and Anne Aly as well as senior members of the Australian Federal Police.

Following that meeting, the AFP confirmed it had begun inquiries into the allegations.

What's next?

The flotilla activists have called to also meet with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

I will be shocked if anything beyond telling Israel that Australia has "deep concerns" is actually done.

The Labor party is piss weak on this.
