The alarm has been going off since Trump got into office the second time.

But since noone has done anything tangible about it, everyone is just hit by alert fatigue.

That $1.8billion number is incorrect. There is no dollar amount on the fund. The $1.8 billion is a joke number that was thrown out for this, but, again, there isn't a cash amount attached.
