I was wondering why he would say that unless he was running for murican goverment. Seems like Age of consent is 16 in Britian so he feels he did nothing legally wrong.

Was it? Statutory age varies across the world.

Even if legal, it's creepy as fuck all, but that is still different from statutory

Edit: the article quotes him as saying that's the age in England, implying that's where it occurred. So, creepy as fuck all, but the wrong terminology.
