Something is off with that photo, but I can't pinpoint what.

It's not AI, the tram is correct it's an AnsaldoBreda (Hitachi) Sirio

Photo manipulation existed before AI, and can even be used together with AI!

It's just way overcooked, it's actually pretty well executed in the sense they're not actually breaking anything in a technical sense, colours are tasteful etc but it's definitely been pushed right next to that limit.
