I don't know what is going on with the capitalized words, but I hate it.

You are TOO neurotypical to get the URGE to capitalise random WORDS!

They're involuntarily gritting out their words every time the noice happens.

I had to read it like 4 times just to comprehend, the random caps are so distracting.

God I hate having misophonia. It needs to be acknowledged as a real psychiatric disorder and it needs to be researched because fuck this I hate feeling unending white hot rage because someone is chewing gum or whistling

My parents often just start shouting at 6:30 AM because they don't care.

I believe that's a type of migraine. A silent one that doesn't hurt by itself, but amplifies incoming signals.

Let's see what my mind conjures about it and fakes it as a memory..

I think it happens when there's a sensory overload. Too much of everything at once or in short sequence. There's no immediate cure. Gotta reduce the feedback and let it settle down, so as little audio and visual excitement as possible. It can still turn into a regular migraine later, so expect the possibility of pain, but a regular night's sleep should clear it up or two at most.

Meditation and quiet chill should help.
