coalition of European enterprises and community organizations today have launched Euro-Office, a solution for editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations, developed as a true sovereign community collaboration of over a dozen different organizations.

Checking on their GitHub page (the irony...) I see that (it's a fork of OnlyOffice) it's a web-based app, unlike say LibreOffice.

Talking about LO, I would have liked to know the reasons why they did not decide to use the most complete, and Libre office suite, whose Foundation is already European.
