I forgot to mention orchestra, oof! I think it's an instrumental but not certain. All my brain will spit out is the intro/chorus and verse tunes.

You better whistle or hum the melody into Vocaroo, because otherwise this is woefully little info to go off. There was a lot of orchestral pop music in the sixties.
